AI Aggregators

Every now and then, I will come across a tool that I am compelled to share, but this article isn’t about a single tool. It’s about libraries of tools. If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly searching for a way to accomplish tasks more efficiently. Currently, some of the most intriguing tools involve artificial intelligence, but the market is growing and changing so fast, it is difficult to keep track of which AI is available for which task.

Enter AI aggregators.

These are the literal libraries of tools that I mentioned earlier. If you’ve read any of our past articles, you might remember that I have stated that certain AI systems are better for some things than others. In fact, there are certain AI tools built SPECIFICALLY for certain tasks. Aggregators can help you find the tool that you need. You’ll find many aggregators if you type “AI aggregator” into a search engine. This article will focus on one particular aggregator called “There’s An AI For That.”

On the left, you’ll see a menu that includes search, featured, popular, and… Requests. This option is interesting- if you put a request in for a certain AI, someone might help you find it or someone might take the time to create it.

Further down, you’ll notice links to a forum and a newsletter, but there is one very interesting link just before these two called “Job Impact Index.” Although I am unsure what factors they used to determine how AI would affect certain types of jobs, I encourage you to click on the jobs that piques your curiosity.

Notice that there are two columns to the right of the listed job. The first column, tasks, refers to the tasks that have been identified for that position. The second column, AIs, refers to the number of AI systems available for those tasks.

Further, clicking on the job title reveals the tasks that are involved with this position, and if you click on a certain task, you will find the AI systems that can assist. You can also use the large search bar in the middle of the screen to help with your search.

While there are other aggregators available, “There’s An AI For That” is very well organized making it simple to find the tools you need!
